To conduct advanced scientific research, publications, and projects in the fields of Engineering and Architecture; to provide education, training, and consultancy services; to produce projects that contribute to regional and national development; to cooperate with national and international stakeholders; to adopt the principle of continuous improvement of research quality; to train scientists who are researchers, entrepreneurs, team players, have developed analytical and synthetic abilities, and possess environmental awareness and social sensitivity, while adhering to higher education ethical rules; to continuously improve the education, training, and research infrastructure for this purpose; and to ensure the establishment of a total quality culture by providing transparent, accurate, and reliable service delivery.
